1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing or using the El Smile Dental Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering an account on behalf of a clinic or patient, you represent that you have the authority and consent to do so.
2. Services Provided
El Smile provides cloud-hosted practice management services for dental clinics, including appointment scheduling, queue management, billing invoice generation, and electronic health record storing.
3. User Obligations & Consent
Patients using self-registration must provide accurate, current information. All users agree that their health-related data will be processed per the Privacy Policy. Clinic operators must obtain necessary verbal/written consent from patients prior to adding their records to the platform.
4. Account Deletion and Right to Erasure
Patients can terminate their account and request complete erasure of their data from the patient profile dashboard. Clinic administrators must execute deletion requests when legally required or instructed by the patient.
5. Limitation of Liability
El Smile is a practice management and administrative assistance tool. Clinical decisions, treatments, and prescriptions remain the sole responsibility of the registered dental practitioner. The software does not provide medical advice.
